What\u2019s Included<\/h2>\n

Kitchen:<\/strong> oven, stove\/hob, extractor hood including filter, fridge inside and out, dishwasher, sink, descaled fittings, all cupboards and drawers inside and out.<\/p>\n

Bathroom & toilet:<\/strong> shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet, descaled fittings and shower screen, grout, mirror, cabinets inside and out, ventilation grilles.<\/p>\n

All rooms:<\/strong> floors vacuumed and damp-mopped, skirting boards, doors and door frames, light switches and sockets, radiators, windowsills, built-in wardrobes inside and out, cobwebs, lamps dusted.<\/p>\n

Windows:<\/strong> inside and out including frames and rebates (where reachable).<\/p>\n

Balcony \/ patio:<\/strong> floor, railing, windowsills.<\/p>\n

Cellar and attic compartment:<\/strong> swept clean.<\/p>\n

Our Handover Guarantee \u2013 What It Means<\/h2>\n

We clean according to the handover checklists used by Zurich property managers. The handover guarantee is included when it is explicitly stated in your individual quote. In that case: if the property manager or your landlord raises an issue with the cleaning at the handover, we come back free of charge and fix it \u2013 until the apartment is accepted. We agree the date for this with you and the property manager.<\/p>\n

The guarantee covers the cleaning. We naturally cannot provide a guarantee for damage to the apartment (holes, scratches, faulty appliances) \u2013 but during the viewing we will tell you honestly what might be noticed.<\/p>\n\n

    Around the moving dates (end of March, end of June, end of September), at least 2\u20133 weeks in advance. At other times, a few days is often enough.<\/p>\n

    Do I need to be present during the cleaning?<\/strong>
    No. Handing over the keys is enough. On request, we attend the apartment inspection.<\/p>\n

    What if the property manager finds something?<\/strong>
    If your quote includes a handover guarantee, we come back free of charge and fix it. Without such an agreement, there is no automatic guarantee.<\/p>\n

    Is window cleaning included?<\/strong>
    Yes, inside and out including frames, where reachable without a lifting platform.<\/p>\n

    Do you also clean on the handover day?<\/strong>
    Yes, if the schedule allows. The day before is better, so there is time in reserve.<\/p>\n

    How do I pay?<\/strong>
