Guide Prices for Your Move-Out Cleaning
The following prices are non-binding guide prices. The final price depends on the size, condition and cleaning scope of your apartment and is fixed in advance in an individual quote – no surprises on the invoice.

*Guide prices include cleaning products and travel within our service area. Where your apartment falls within the range depends on size, condition and scope (e.g. number of windows, extra rooms). You receive the final price in an individual quote (photos via WhatsApp are usually enough). Surcharges apply only for heavy soiling, nicotine, pets or additional services.
What’s Included
Kitchen: oven, stove/hob, extractor hood including filter, fridge inside and out, dishwasher, sink, descaled fittings, all cupboards and drawers inside and out.
Bathroom & toilet: shower, bathtub, washbasin, toilet, descaled fittings and shower screen, grout, mirror, cabinets inside and out, ventilation grilles.
All rooms: floors vacuumed and damp-mopped, skirting boards, doors and door frames, light switches and sockets, radiators, windowsills, built-in wardrobes inside and out, cobwebs, lamps dusted.
Windows: inside and out including frames and rebates (where reachable).
Balcony / patio: floor, railing, windowsills.
Cellar and attic compartment: swept clean.
Handover: on request, we attend the apartment handover.
Optional Extras
Roller shutters / blinds (inside and out), carpet shampooing, washing walls, bulky waste disposal, laundry room and washing machine, garage, move-in cleaning of your new apartment.
Our Handover Guarantee – What It Means
We clean according to the handover checklists used by Zurich property managers. The handover guarantee is included when it is explicitly stated in your individual quote. In that case: if the property manager or your landlord raises an issue with the cleaning at the handover, we come back free of charge and fix it – until the apartment is accepted. We agree the date for this with you and the property manager.
The guarantee covers the cleaning. We naturally cannot provide a guarantee for damage to the apartment (holes, scratches, faulty appliances) – but during the viewing we will tell you honestly what might be noticed.
How It Works
- Enquiry: send us the address, number of rooms, handover date and a few photos via WhatsApp or the form.
- Quote: request a no-obligation quote. You receive an individual price for your apartment; it also states whether a handover guarantee is included.
- Cleaning: we come with our own materials, usually the day before the handover. You don’t need to be present.
- Handover: on request, we accompany the inspection. If a handover guarantee was agreed, we fix any cleaning issues free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
How early should I book?
Around the moving dates (end of March, end of June, end of September), at least 2–3 weeks in advance. At other times, a few days is often enough.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. Handing over the keys is enough. On request, we attend the apartment inspection.
What if the property manager finds something?
If your quote includes a handover guarantee, we come back free of charge and fix it. Without such an agreement, there is no automatic guarantee.
Is window cleaning included?
Yes, inside and out including frames, where reachable without a lifting platform.
Do you also clean on the handover day?
Yes, if the schedule allows. The day before is better, so there is time in reserve.
How do I pay?
By invoice, TWINT or cash after a successful handover.
Do you also clean the new apartment?
Yes, as a move-in clean – happily combined at a package price.
