Who is short-notice cleaning for?
- Your cleaner has cancelled: Your cleaner is ill, on holiday or has quit – and the flat still needs to be clean.
- Your handover (Wohnungsabgabe) is coming up: The handover date is just days away and the final cleaning (Endreinigung) has not been organised yet.
- Re-cleaning needed: The flat inspection (Wohnungsabnahme) was failed because of cleaning defects and the property management (Verwaltung) has set a deadline.
- Visitors are coming: Family, guests or a viewing – the flat should be thoroughly cleaned beforehand.
- After a renovation or a party: Dust, residue and mess need to disappear quickly.
- Airbnb changeover: A guest changeover is due and your usual solution has fallen through.
How it works in 3 steps
- Send your enquiry: Send us the location, type of cleaning, your preferred date and 2–3 photos of the rooms via WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Assessment and appointment: We assess the workload based on your details and photos and suggest an appointment – at short notice depending on availability.
- Cleaning on site: We clean at the agreed time. You do not have to be present, as long as access (key, code) has been arranged in advance.
Which cleanings you can book at short notice
- Home cleaning – one-off or as a stopgap until your regular cleaner is back
- Move-out cleaning and final cleaning with handover guarantee – for your flat handover
- Re-cleaning after a failed flat inspection
- Deep cleaning (Tiefenreinigung) – for example after a renovation or when the place has not been thoroughly cleaned for a while
- Airbnb cleaning between two guests
- Office cleaning as a one-off job
We do not take on jobs involving biological hazards, death scenes or heavily cluttered hoarder flats. Specialised companies are responsible for these.
What is included in the price – and what determines it
For every cleaning we bring our own cleaning products and equipment. We discuss the exact scope before the job so it is clear what will be cleaned. Not included are disposal of furniture or bulky waste, repairs and any work that has not been agreed.
The price is mainly determined by:
- Size of the flat or office (rooms, floor area, number of bathrooms)
- Condition and level of dirt
- Requested extras such as oven, inside of the fridge or windows
- Type of cleaning (regular, final cleaning, deep cleaning)
- Date and lead time

Checklist: what to send us
- Address, or at least town and neighbourhood
- Type of cleaning (e.g. home cleaning, final cleaning, re-cleaning)
- Preferred date and how flexible you are
- Size: number of rooms, bathrooms/WCs, approximate floor area
- 2–3 photos of the kitchen, bathroom and the dirtiest room
- Requested extras (oven, fridge, windows, balcony)
- Access: will you be there, or will a key be left for us?
- For re-cleaning: the inspection report (Abnahmeprotokoll) listing the defects

We work throughout the canton of Zürich. Our focus is the city of Zürich and the left bank of Lake Zürich: Wollishofen, Enge, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, Thalwil, Oberrieden, Horgen and Adliswil. We are based at Kalchbühlstrasse 159, 8038 Zürich-Wollishofen.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00, Saturday 09:00–20:00. Closed on Sundays. You can send WhatsApp messages at any time; we reply during opening hours.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a subscription or a contract?
No. You can book a one-off cleaning. If you would like regular cleaning afterwards, that is also possible.
How soon can you come?
That depends on our workload. Short-notice jobs are possible depending on availability. The earlier you send us your enquiry with photos, the better we can plan.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. What matters is that access is clearly arranged beforehand, for example through a key handover.
How much does a short-notice cleaning cost?
The price depends on size, condition, extras and date. With your photos and details, you will receive a concrete quote.
