A one-off flat cleaning makes sense if you do not want a regular cleaner but would like your flat thoroughly cleaned once – before visitors arrive, after a busy period, as a stopgap or simply to catch your breath. One-off, regular or final cleaning?

What is included – room by room
The exact scope is agreed with you before the job. A one-off flat cleaning typically includes:
Kitchen
- Clean the worktop, sink and taps
- Hob and outside of the cooker
- Wipe cupboard fronts and handles
- Outside of appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood)
- Vacuum and mop the floor
Bathroom and WC
- Toilet inside and out
- Washbasin, shower and/or bath
- Taps and mirrors, limescale removal
- Tiles in the splash zone
- Clean the floor
Living room and bedrooms
- Dust freely accessible surfaces, shelves and furniture
- Windowsills and light switches
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Mirrors and glass surfaces at eye level
Entrance and general
- Wipe doors and door handles
- Outside of the wardrobe and shoe rack
- Empty the bins
We bring our own cleaning products and equipment.
Optional extras
These tasks take considerably more time and are therefore agreed separately:
- Inside of the oven including trays and racks
- Inside of the fridge – ideally emptied beforehand
- Windows inside and out, including frames
- Extractor hood filters
- Inside of cupboards (useful when they are empty)
- Balcony or terrace
What is not included
- Laundry, ironing or tidying away personal belongings
- Moving heavy furniture
- Disposal of bulky waste
- Repairs
- Heavily cluttered flats (hoarder cases), death scenes or biological hazards – specialised companies are responsible for these
What determines the price
There is no flat rate for a one-off flat cleaning, because every flat is different. Four factors are decisive:
- Size: number of rooms, floor area, number of bathrooms and WCs
- Condition: when was it last thoroughly cleaned? How much limescale and grease is there?
- Extras: oven, fridge, windows and other additional tasks
- Date: preferred day, time and lead time
With 2–3 photos of the kitchen, bathroom and the most-used room, we can realistically assess the workload and give you a concrete quote.
Checklist: how to prepare for the cleaning
- Note down the scope and extras you want
- Roughly clear floors and surfaces
- Empty the fridge if it is to be cleaned inside
- Put away valuables and important documents
- Mention delicate surfaces (natural stone, oiled wood, high gloss)
- Arrange access: be present or hand over a key
- Let us know about parking or how to find the building entrance
- Keep pets safely out of the way during the cleaning

We clean throughout the canton of Zürich, with a focus on the city of Zürich and the left bank of Lake Zürich: Wollishofen, Enge, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, Thalwil, Oberrieden, Horgen and Adliswil. Frequently asked questions
Do I have to take out a subscription?
No. You book the one-off flat cleaning with no subscription and no contract.
Are windows automatically included?
No. Windows, the inside of the oven and the inside of the fridge are extras and are agreed in advance.
How long does a one-off cleaning take?
That depends on size, condition and extras. Based on your details and photos, we can assess the workload.
Can it turn into regular cleaning?
Yes, if you wish. You decide after the first visit.
